In the 2023 Tainan Arts Festival, themed 'Young Dreams', the primary goal is to empower diverse creators to actively interpret history, society, and life.

The annual Tainan Art Festival collaborates with young artists from both domestic and international scenes, organizing over 60 performances, including theater, dance, and musicals. In this year's Tainan Arts Festival, themed 'Young Dreams', the main objective is to empower diverse creators to actively interpret history, society, and life. The festival opens a shared space for meaningful exchanges.
